The Card of the Week is none other than the Ten of Cups. Look at this card! It is one of the happiest in the deck. Ten magical cups float along a rainbow. It gleams in the sky. A happy family celebrates below, looking across a field with a winding stream and a cozy house.
The Best Future
After two weeks of tough cards, this amazing Tarot vision is a nice shift. The Ten of Cups is about a happy, content moment. Emotions are at rest, happiness has been found. It is “also perfection of human love and friendship,” according to Waite,1 and I agree.
This card is interesting to read when it shows up in a negative position. It can relate to false hope, to misleading emotions, and to the illusion of happiness. Sometimes we like to base our happiness on things that aren’t real. This card can argue against that. However, this week, it’s a happy card. Be joyous! Love your neighbors! Be yourself and be content.
